the X Key to Hide Game Interface: |
| The
W Key Shows/Hides the Map: The Map will show if you hit the W key - you will see the whole continent of Juno, with Randol symbolized by a city on the map. If you click on the city of Randol it will open up to show you all of Randol, with indicators showing the various NPCs and points of interest in Randol (such as the Weapon Trader and Lorraine, and the Teleporter). If you want to go back to the whole continent view again, just click a blank place inside Randol and the whole continent map will be back. Again, just hitting the W key will take the map away and you'll be back to the main game view. |
| Use
the Right-Click and Drag Mouse Rotation: While you are playing you can right-click and hold the button anywhere and drag the mouse around and you can rotate the view. If the lag gets too much to bear, a good way to get rid of it is to rotate the view to where you are looking down on yourself. This way the distant objects won't be in the view, but it makes it harder to see where you are going. I find that I can usually strike a happy medium without the lag affecting me. When the servers get updated it should take care of the lag. I think this game became very popular before the folks at Aeria knew what hit them! Of course your computer, graphics card, and internet connection will also affect this, so be sure you are ready before you commit, because you will be hooked once you play it! Good thing it's FREE! |
